Cancellation

  • Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, and service provider policies.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deduction of applicable charges.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Payment gateway charges and service fees are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
